I have a HP laptop windows 8.1 version. I just installed proclaim but it won't open. It says A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Can anyone assist?

That's the correct log file but I'm not seeing an issue. It looks like a normal startup according to the log. What happens when it crashes? Does Windows give you any information? If not I would recommend calling Logos customer service during the week. They should be able to walk you through some more advanced diagnostic tests. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
It just says windows will close the program and notify me of any solution and then the program just closes. I called customer service when I first posted but they directed me here because the tech said he couldn't do anything. Thanks for your assistance though.

Could you try deleting your local preferences folder? This should be located here: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\[random string]\LocalApplicationPreferencesManager
After deleting that, try running Proclaim again and see if it starts up correctly.
