BUG: Table of Contents formatting messed up

I know that Vyrso books are automatically generated with rarely any human intervention, but something went wrong in the conversion process of The Anabaptists and Contemporary Baptists: Restoring New Testament Christianity. The Table of Contents came out all mushed together into one paragraph. Could you perhaps fix this? Thanks!

Note that it's not messed up in the Kindle edition:

Rosie, I've checked with our teams on this and it seems that there was a bug in the conversion process when this ebook was converted. We've fixed it since then and will be re-converting this product so it's easier to read.
