This is another book that I bought on VYRSO where the writing is all blurred and smudgy. I realize that this is the the publisher's fault, but can anything be done about this to make the writing clearer? It is not worth having if you cannot read the contents of the book.

I have just spoken with a customer service representative at FAITHLIFE about this situation, and they are going to see what they can do to have this problem fixed. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Status update: there is currently nothing that can be done on our end to correct the files, but we are contacting publishers in hopes of getting better files.

Thank you so much Katie Monsma for responding so quickly to this situation. It is much appreciated. Really appreciate you contacting the publishers to see if you can get better files, because if you can't read the writing in this book, there is no point in having it. Once again, thank you so much.

No problem! Another update: we heard back from the publishers, at this time they are unable to send a new epub file our way, so at this time we are unable to upload new imagery since the publisher would need to increase the image quality. We hope to fix this problem as soon as possible but there is little we can do right now!
