An Introduction to Biblical Ethics - Contents out of sync!
I just purchased this book on VYRSO and the contents are out of sync and messed up. To be blunt-it looks awful. We had this same problem with the The Anabaptists and Contemporary Baptists: Restoring New Testament Christianity book until VYRSO had it corrected, which did not take long at all. Can something please be done about this. Thank you.

Yes alabama24. It is the TABLE OF CONTENTS, right at the beginning of the book.

For the price I paid I'm very satisfied, and I personally can live with a 9-item toc not bulletpointed (especially since the Logos toc has chapter titles, not only numbers. Well, I guess people are different.

If it was corrected for the Anabaptists and Contemporary Baptists: Restoring New Testament Christianity book, it is only fair that it should be done for this book also.

No "Table of Contents" in any ebook should look messy like that. It's plain and simple as that. Note: I said "in any ebook" not just this book. It looks really messy and not presentable at all, as how it should be.

- I agree that I would like it cleaned up.
- I understand that Vyrso resources are auto converted and are sold "as is"
- I understand that Vyrso was kind to clean up (reprocess) the other resource but are not under obligations to do so again in the future.
"It's only fair" implies an obligation on the part of FL. I don't agree that there is one.

I agree with you that there is no "obligation" but when Faithlife did this they set up a precedent in some people's minds. We must be careful not to interpret these gracious actions as obligations.

Same book, with the same Table of Contents, from the same publisher B&H on KINDLE. Can you please shed some light as to why the Table of Contents is not like this on Vyrso ?

Hi Kenute,
The process in which a plain epub file, sent from the publisher, gets converted into a Vyrso ebook is all automated. Occasionally our automated converter will have a hard time reading a specific file sent from the publisher. Much of how ebooks look in the Vyrso format is influenced by the file sent from the publisher, and in some situations, they are unable send or create a new epub file to correct problems such as blurry images, misalignment, etc. Of course, we try our best to reach out to them and see if we can come up with a solution.
I've forwarded this to our content production team to see if we are able to fix this.

Thank you Erin Land for explaining to me and helping me to understand what happened and why things do go wrong in converting epub files. That is all I wanted-was trying to understand the reason for it being different on VYRSO, and then different on AMAZON. Make no mistake about it, am very grateful to have the book, and I do thank you for reaching out to explain everything to me. Thanks again for everything Erin, and I will be patient.

I think Erin explained it well, but just in case... Vyrso isn't "kindle" books in Logos... As Erin explained, they are auto converted from the publisher into the Logos format (as a "vyrso edition").
