Every time we try click on the "on air" button, Proclaim crashes. It has run without issue for 2 months and our setup hasn't changed. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but it keeps crashing. I've included the logs for troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated. We are running Windows 8.1.

Hello Jack,
Thanks for including the logs. I don't see anything from the crash, nor do I see any crashes from your group in our automatic error reporting system. It would appear that Proclaim is crashing so hard it doesn't have a chance to log any of the details. Before we get too deep into troubleshooting let's try clearing your local preferences by deleting the following file
C:\Users\Audio\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\xngqxjxi.hyn\LocalApplicationPreferencesManager\PreferencesManager.db
This will clear all display output settings (which output maps to which display) which may be causing the crash.
Thanks. I'll give it a try.
Scott, that did the trick. Thanks for the help.
Scott, I spoke too soon. As we continued to test, the app would start crashing again...with a twist. I then go in and delete the .db file in your previous post and restart Proclaim. It works fine until you try and control the app from a mobile device (in this case an iPad). If we don't try and control it form an iPad, it seems to run OK. As soon as you try and control it from a mobile device though, the app crashes. On the iPad it will also show multiple instances of one service...in my case 3. The first two services time out when you try and control them, but when you click on the 3rd one, the program crashes...every time. Any thoughts?
We think we have an idea what is going on but it's curious that we're not getting error reports from your crashes. A couple questions.
Thanks for your patience. We should be able to get this resolved quickly.
