Member privileges - administrator and moderator

Can you better explain the capabilities between being an administrator or moderator?

I'm the group administrator and have invited a person into the group. This person has accepted and is now a group member. In order for this person to maintain presentations do I need to "promote to moderator" or not? Thank you.

Proclaim only cares about group membership. All Proclaim group members have the same permissions in the Proclaim app. The different user permissions will affect what users can do with the group on Faithlife.com - approve requests to join, delete the group, etc.
