video backgrounds and transitions flash black when looping

Every time we transition to a new song or content with a video background the on air screen flashes back and when we have a video background that loops it also flashes black when it loops back to the beginning. We do have the hardware acceleration turned off because when it was on the videos would freeze on the first frame and not play. We do not use any transitions between songs or other slides. The log file is below.

Hello Kenny,

Thanks for the feedback. Proclaim has video playback has issues on certain Windows video card combinations. Disabling hardware acceleration like you mentioned works around the issue but can cause performance issues, likely the black screen you're seeing. We're working on a few changes to video playback and will need some help testing it on client machines that reproduce the video playback issue.

Thanks for the response. We were actually able to solve the black screen issue with an updated to the video card driver. We were hoping that would also allow us to turn the hardware acceleration back on. It seems when we have a large amount of videos thought we still get freezing video screens and Proclaim becomes glitchy with the hardware acceleration on. When we have hardware acceleration off the videos do not play smoothly. Everything else works well but this is not ideal. I am hoping that this issue is solved soon because while everything functions right with hardware acceleration off we should not have to have videos that are not smooth running in its place. Thanks for working on this issue.
