Windows 10 & Proclaim...?

Ummm...everything was going great until Proclaim said it had an update. I clicked on it (as always) except this time NOTHING, and I mean nothing, happens. I had an early release version of Win 10, and it updated to the released one, and Proclaim was working great. It was a Proclaim update that stopped it, I have a computer still running 7 64 bit and Proclaim is updating and running on that just fine. HELP!?????

I have uninstalled it completely, now it won't even re-install... I NEED serious help, like yesterday!

What happens when you try to install the new version of Proclaim? When you uninstalled did you uninstall the Proclaim Prerequisites as well? The Proclaim Prerequisites should show up in Add/Remove Programs right next to Proclaim.

Yes, I did also uninstall the pre-requisites. And nothing happens. It says it downloads a file, then when I click on that file the typical "progress" box opens, but then nothing...it just stays like that for as long as I leave it.

I'm interested in the installer logs which are located in the following directory

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Logos Log Files

Ummm...ok. Wow, that is So far out of my league and will have to wait until Monday. Since that computer is useless to me it is turned off. Assuming I can find those (that's a big if), how do I get them to you?

The log file should get regenerated each time you try to install. I'm hoping this will give us a clue as to why the Proclaim installer won't complete. You can follow the steps outlined here to attach the log file to this forum post http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

Or, feel free to give our customer service department (800-875-6467) a call on Monday and they can walk you through the steps to get the log file and submit it.
