Hello, Trial version of Proclaim seems to have installed correctly but on signing in it won't start, message says Proclaim is 'not responding'. Microsoft message says something about looking for a solution!

Hello, Diana. If you could provide a copy of your logs using the steps found here we can better investigate the cause of this crash. If you give Proclaim a few minutes to load, does it still fail to respond? Try temporarily disabling any anti-virus software that you have running currently or putting Proclaim on its "approved programs" list.

I have tried the restart 6+ times, have left it on, and tried disabling anti-virus...
I click on the desktop icon, click on 'continue my trial version' then Proclaim seems to freeze on opening.
Here are the files in the Proclaim log:

Can you check to see if you have WebCompanion and/or the following Lavasoft .dll files installed? IF you don't see WebCompanion in Programs and Features please check for the files listed in step 3.
*You must rename the LavasoftTcpService64.dll file before you’re able to move it to the desktop. You do this by right-clicking the file and selecting “Rename.” From there add a letter or digit to the beginning of the file name.** Right-click the Windows menu bar in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, and choose “Command Prompt (Admin)” to run the Command Prompt as an Administrator.Thank you,

Proclaim uses an embedded version of the Chrome browser. When the LavaSoft service attempts to run code in the embedded process it crashes. We will be shipping an update in a future release that prevents LavaSoft from even trying to run code in our process.

I have followed the instructions re Webcompanion and have access to Proclaim. do I need to reinstall anything and what do I do about the Lavasoft files on the desktop now?

Nope. Not if everything is working correctly. Unless WebCompanion is still installed that is.
