Proclaim remote on iPad

I have all of the Proclaim working between my iMac, MacBook Pro & iPad. All of my presentations sync just fine. When I use my iPad app to take control it keeps giving an error. Our router is right beside all of them and we have full bars. I am stuck.

Alright, so the computers and iPad are all connected to the router, do they also have internet connection?

When you click a slide on the iPad, do you see it change on screen and then change back?

If you are controlling a presentation on your iPad, and it gives the slide change error, does going back to the main screen in the Proclaim remote, and re-controlling the presentation let it work?

They all have the internet connection. When I click on a slide on the iPad is gives me the error after spinning a while. It never changes the slide on the presentation. The app never lets me control anything.

Ok, if you change slides in Proclaim, while controlling it on your iPad, do you see changes happen on your iPad?

Also, have you made sure that your Proclaim app on your iPad is up-to-date?

The slides will progress in the main screen but it does not take control and change on the monitor.

Just to make sure I am understanding:

If you make a slide change in Proclaim on the computer, you see it change on the iPad.

But if you make a change on the iPad, you never see it on the computer and get an error on the iPad?

Alright, I haven't heard that one before. I will take a look into this more.

Could you give me the version of the Proclaim remote that you have? If you open the app and click the menu in the upper right, you will see an about screen that contains the version number.

Have you had time to check into this. Our proclaim is useless without this
