Could someone point me to, or even make a rule for a collection of critical and/or liberal scholars. They are starting to be prominent in the theology world these days, an example is Michael Bird. I would like to be able to mark my resources that are written by one of these authors. Thanks!

Deciding whether a scholar is liberal or not is somewhat subjective. I would suggest you join the Faithlife Group called Collections - Commentaries and Theologies as there are lots of collections that you can use from different theological traditions.

I am thinking that Michael Bird would be surprised to find out that he is a "liberal" scholar!  I get to see him for the second time in February at New Orleans Baptist seminary as he debates Bart Ehrman on Ehrman's How Jesus Became God.  New Orleans Baptist certainly doesn't seem to consider him "liberal."

As Bruce stated, these labels are highly subjective, therefore making them suspect.

He would come under the critical scholarship category, not liberal :) such a collection would come down to a list of authors, most are obvious, though as you have both said, there is some room for subjectivism, but I think it is only slight. It simply comes down to the way they view and handle the word of God. It seems to be a collection I will have to build up over the course of my studies. Thanks!
