At first glance I thought this was the NIV Study Bible I've been wanting for years to have in Logos. It's not. A comparison of the contributors on the product page with my print copy shows zero overlap.

You are right. The "Classic" NIV Study Bible (millions of copies sold, based on the NIV 1984 text, first edition 1985 with some smaller revisions through the years) itself is not in Logos and now won't come to Logos ever, I suppose.

There's a Faithlife group where one can see and - if wanted - discuss the differences the Lutheran editors felt neccessary to make. Many of those changes to NIV SB are very marginal (and there are not so many changes at all in most books of the bible)
I got mine yesterday. Took a while to get downloaded to the phone.
I received the notice that it was available late Friday afternoon but it did not show up in my library. I restarted Logos twice (as instructed online); I have entered "update now" numerous times. Friday evening I checked the library on my tablet; it was their and I was able to both access and download. Back to my desktop (Windows). Nothing. This morning, nothing. (After restarting Logos and rebooting computer.
Is there any way to force a download?
"Update now" should do it.
Can you check if you have downloads set to only happen between certain times? (This is a setting in Tools -> Program Settings). The "update now" command will not trigger an update if outside of those times.

Yes. Also, "Update Resources" catches what "Update Now" may miss.

Just tried "Update Resources" and restarted Logos. Still not there. I never have had a problem like this. While I don't do a lot of purchases, I frequently "purchase" the free items and they are always there when I go back into Logos. Don't recall having this problem with pre-pubs, either. I have a note into customer service, but will likely have to wait until the three-day weekend is over to get help. I'll periodically restart.
I had the time set from Midnight to 6:00 PM. I changed it to Midnight to Midnight and it immediately started to download.
So why, when I could download it last night on my tablet (around 9:00 PM) did it not download to my computer between Midnight and 6:00 PM?
Have you check your library ? It might already be there
The settings in Logos 6 (on your computer) do not affect how the software works on your tablet

My point is that is was available prior to midnight (via my tablet) so why did it not download between Midnight and 6:00 AM on my desktop when that is how my settings on Logos 6 were configured. I'm not expecting an answer; just pointing out that something is not working the way it should.

Sorry - I misunderstood the point you were making.
My guess is that the network issues which were affecting Faithlife services yesterday affected downloads between that time and, subsequently, the time window constraints prevented it from downloading.
Another possibility is that your desktop had shut down for some reason between those times.
