Weird Font in Title after Upload

When I upload a .ppt file to Proclaim the title font changes into some curly font that is too big for the space. I've tried changing the font (treboulet or something like that) to a common font such as arial or times new roman and get the same effect. I'm using a macbook pro... have never had this issue before.

There are some issues with certain fonts when importing from PowerPoint. Currently the best workaround is to use PPT to export as images, then import the images as a slideshow service item in Proclaim.

While I appreciate that there IS a workaround ... this is a new issue for us. If I knew which fonts import correctly then I could change them and use those. Anyway it only affects the title...which looks very strange up on the screen, but doesn't affect the use of the slides.

Any idea when this will be fixed...or am I the only one experiencing this?

If you could attach a PPT presentation with a single slide that reproduces the issue for you we can take a closer look and see if we can suggest a better workaround.

We use a third-party tool for the conversion and have logged bugs with them.
