Connection from Proclaim Remote to Broadcast Software Dropping

We are getting intermittent lost connections between the Remote app and the Broadcast software. It happens with each iOS device we have used (iPad Air, iPad 3, iPhone 6, iPod Touch) all using iOS 8.4 and with an original iPad running the latest version of iOS (maybe 5?) that the original iPad can run.

The wifi has a very strong signal (we use a wifi extender). The Broadcast software is running on Windows 10. Any ideas?

Good afternoon. The behavior you are describing indicates that this is probably a network issue. When you are controlling the presentation and you attempt to switch slides, do you get an error? If and when you do get an error, does it resolve itself or are you consistently unable to make slide changes?

That is what we thought too. So we had a backup iPad in control as well. When we lost the connection, we went to the backup and used it to continue. The error did eventually resolve itself and we continued using the primary iPad.
