I agree. I would especially like to see OT db's that offer an alternative to the AFAT graphs. I am not sure if there is anything else out there right now, but I understand Accordance offers the WIVU trees.

    the WIVU trees.

If I'm not mistaken, these are in production. When I bought one of bundles it was included but haven't found it in the library yet.

This bundle also contains the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia with text critical apparatus and linguistic WIVU database, plus the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia: Workgroep Informatica Constituency Tree Analysis. The new WIVU database allow for a precise overview on how the single textual elements of a specific text passage are analyzed and hierarchically organized.

As far as I know, the WIVU-trees were/are fully functional in Libronix (I've never tried it, though) and the development task is to built the analysis tool (syntax search or whatever) for the Logos 4+ world. However, the trees themselves are in a resource in the library and owners of the former SESB CD-ROM (precursor to the GBS study bundle) can see them.

WIVU is working in Logos 6. I have a working copy, but it did not work in the beginning. I was a bit peeved that I owned the license but it did not work. Logos support could not help me.  It took me some time and file copying to get it working. Did it a few months ago and managed it after a few tries. I can't remember the exact steps I took.  If you own WIVU but it is not working take a look at this thread - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/78773.aspx?PageIndex=1
