Multiple monitors

We set up a couple of TV's that we are using with HDMI cables and will continue to use our 2 projector using VGA cables.  I cannot get all of them to work at the same time.  Any suggestions?  I have a Acer laptop by the way.

What do you see in Proclaim as far as monitors go? How many outputs are you trying to have? Can you get Windows to power all of them? Your computer may not be able to output to that many devices at once.

If you are looking to duplicate content on multiple screens, I'd advise you use some kind of splitter/switcher to get the output to all the devices. This would probably be more efficient, however Proclaim does let you send slides to multiple outputs at the same time.

I have three screens connected to my computer and only one has slides. I can use the 'Identify monitors' button to see which display goes with what number inside Proclaim.

Thanks for the reply.  I am trying to have four monitors.  We have 2 60" TV's that we are running with an HDMI cable to wireless adapters and two projectors that we are running with VGA cable.  When I go onto Proclaim I do show 2 monitor displays but cannot get the slides to work on all of them.  Basically, I can get the slides on the TV's but the projector is running my PC desktop pictures.  I am using Windows 10 on my Acer.   Last week for our worship service we were able to use someone's Mac.  It took a while to set that up as well.  Is there any way to show slides on both monitor displays when I am identifying monitors?

It sounds like you have 1 VGA cable and 1 HDMI cable? Those get split to 2 TV's and 2 Projectors? Is that right?

So since you have a laptop, you should actually have 3 'monitors' in total. If you only see 2 in Proclaim, then something isn't setup right. If you click 'Identify monitors' which monitors do the numbers pop up on? I assume you will see the numbers only on the laptop and the TV's.

I attached a couple pictures showing my proclaim settings set to slides on both, as well as my Windows settings. Make sure you have the display set to extend your desktop.

Let me know how it goes, and how I can help further.

I could "connect" three external monitors to my work laptop through a docking station, for a total of four if you count the built-in laptop monitor. However, the on-board graphics driver can only handle two displays at a time,

Ah I see, so your laptop monitor is off while you have the TV's and projector's connected?

    Thanks Michael,

Still no luck so far although I do understand it a little better now.  Thanks for sending the pictures to show how it is supposed to look.  That did help.

    Hey Jordan,

No, I do have the laptop running the Proclaim program.  I can get the TV's to play and the Projectors to play, but not both at the same time.  The laptop is picking all of them up but just not wanting to do all at one time.  I appreciate your help.

What version of Proclaim are you using? It didn't used to be possible to select slides for two outputs, so if you are using an older version then it won't work. Perhaps that is what is causing this? The current version is 1.30

To test that you are connected right, you could try sending 'confidence monitor' to the projectors and 'slides' to the TV's.
