Importing Lyrics from Planning Center - wrong version

I have had a repeated (and reproducible!) problem with Proclaim not importing the "arrangement" that I've attached to a song in the Planning Center service matrix. This was obvious when I wrote a Spanish arrangement but Proclaim only imported lyrics from the original arrangement. I did a check to see that I had the correct arrangement linked on Planning Center. I do, but it still won't import lyrics from that linked version!?

Any thoughts??

Thanks for the report. Are you able to list the exact steps you took to reproduce the bug? That will help us get it tracked down and fixed more quickly. Information such as whether or not the songs are licensed by CCLI is especially pertinent.

Went into a service on planning center, added an item, linked the song to the item, changed the linked arrangement to the one containing different lyrics than the "default arrangement." Opened Proclaim, made a new service ->import from Planning Center.

That explains it, but it is very unfortunate. Different arrangements often have different lyrics, or if I update lyrics, they won't show up in Proclaim without manually copying in all the lyrics or deleting songs regularly from "My Songs." Is there a way to deactivate automatically adding songs to "My Songs" or to disable automatically pulling the songs from that file?

Currently, there isn't a way to disable automatic entry into "My Songs" by default. We'll look into this and see if there's a way to make it a bit less awkward in the future.

Thank you! I guess for now we'll just copy the lyrics from the lyrics download on PlanningCenter and paste it into the lyrics box in Proclaim.
