Highlights in Vyrso on iPhone do not sync
Hi,
I just noticed that the highlights entered in Vyrso on my iPhone do not sync to my desktop or my iPad. I know that some years back, there was a similar issue that was fixed by Logos. Since then, it worked flawlessly. Does anybody else have this problem? Is there a resolution?

There are similar issues reported from time to time.
Please follow the steps outlined at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/113554.aspx to try and narrow things down a bit and let us know what you find out

None of the issues mentioned seem to apply to my situation. I'm currently traveling internationally and will give it another try when I am back home. I fear that I might have to reinstall the app. This, however, means that all the highlights entered on my iPhone that were not synced will be lost.

Are you able to check if the highlights entered in Vyrso are syncing to documents.logos.com?

Deleting the app from my iPhone and reinstalling it fixed the sync issue. Now my highlights entered on the iPhone sync back to my desktop.
