I wish the contracts would be negotiated so that discounting could be applied, even with the value add as I described here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/103475/715536.aspx#715536
Or, if the contracts currently allow it, it would be nice if Logos would use the option for the sake of its users (since it wouldn't be any extra out of Logos' pocket).

We have discounts, sales, and promotions all the time. Some might say we do it too much, even! [:)]
But that doesn't mean we do sales or promotions in alignment with low-end ebook channels, such as Amazon Kindle. We have our own way of determining when and how these take place, in cooperation with our publishing partners.
