Proclaim Audio Recording

We used the Audio Beta today for the first time and doing so elicited some questions. But first the feature is so nice to have and will save us much time and effort from our past means of recording and posting. Thank you!

Now the questions:

1) If one moves past the stop recording cue so that recording stops, and then goes back above it, will it start recording again?

2) How does one preclude using the sound bite feature? I can't seem to find a way to not use that. It is a great feature and we may want it sometimes, but if we don't is there a way to exclude it?

3) Is there a way to zoom in the audio graph dialog box so that one can see the audio graph at a larger scale?

4) Where are the audio files stored on the computer as they are processed? Or is that all on your server even before publishing?

Yes it will.

There's currently no way to disable the soundbite feature, sorry.

Not yet, but we plan to include this in our next update.

As soon as the recording is done, the file is synched to our servers, but can be downloaded locally from the publish window.

Would also suggest a way to edit the file for content prior to publishing.

Example- Say the Pastor opening remarks are 3 minutes of stuff that does not pertain to msg and you dont want it in final download. Is there a way to manipulate the content transitions to better synch with message notes.

A suggestion would be to have to transition markers on the audio line be movable on the line.

Also would be helpful to edit a content screen if a typo gets by and into the file before final publishing

With today's update, you can now do this editing.

I don't think we'll support this; the slide view in the publish window is reflective of the recorded events in your presentation, but not editable.

Not sure what you mean by this; do you mean the green ticks that show where the slide transitions happened?
