Called to Conquer - Derek Prince - Table of Contents Missing
The "Table of Contents" is missing from this book, and also from the sidebar.
Clearly this is a problem with the publisher. It says that the E-book edition was created in 2010; so either this has been overlooked, or they have not bothered to update it with a "Table of Contents."
This is the first book that I have seen with a "Table of Contents" missing.

Hi Kenute, can you please tell me what ebook reader you're using? I'm able to open this on multiple versions and I'm able to see the sidebar, toc, etc. Thanks!

I am reading this in LOGOS 6 BIBLE SOFTWARE on my Desktop Computer. As you can see, all there is "Cover Page, Title Page, Copyright Page." The chapters are missing on the Sidebar. There is actually no "Table of Contents" in the book itself.
