Windows Toolbar not visible

When the program is opened it does not allow the windows toolbar to be seen. This means that I have to minimize Libronix to have access to the toolbar should i wish to alternate between different applications.

or just hit "ALT + Tab" and see all your open apps...

ALT+ TAB can work for programs already opened, but not so good if i wish to open a new application, I feel that 4 should allow the toolbar to showBert Barnes

Does pressing the WIndows Start button make the Windows taskbar come up for you ?
