The Ellen White Wrtings Scriptural Index & The Ellen White White Supplementary Scriptural Index
When will these resources automatically appear under the commentaries list when doing a Passage Guide Study, as it normally did all through past but are missing from the commentaries resource list for the past week and more?

Dear Dheeraj
We are looking into this.
Thanks,

This post is in the wrong forum. Ellen White was not a Catholic.

Is there any update on when this issue will get resolved? These two resources worked perfect before the update. Now they are almost useless!

Well I want to chime in on this as well. I have this opened on one of my study panes and use both of these. THey used to scroll with my ESV bible or any of my bibles I have linked and now they do not work. Is there a glitch that was missed? I too would like to ask when this will be resolved.

The only reason I can find mine is because I had them saved in one of my study pane layouts. However, they will not scroll with my favorite bible. I would like to say they are there otherwise I would not be able to see mine. Or, maybe it has been accidentally redirected into another location?

I can also confirm that I am experiencing this problem, and I have heard from several others who are having the same problem as well. Any news on when it might be fixed would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I just got a definitive answer from Logos Content Production: the problem is a compiler bug that is preventing us from properly publishing the Scriptural Index. The word is that they plan to get it fixed "within a month."

Just got an update--the EGW Scriptural Index should be repaired within a week.

This is great news, Martin! You're the man! It's so nice to have a representative with Logos when issues like this come up. We really appreciate it!

You're welcome, Tim. I certainly want to do what I can to support you all.

Thanks Martin and the Logos team! We appreciate all you guys are doing to enrich our study time! [:D]

Thank you for the update! I was starting to get frustrated.

I just noticed that this resource was updated a few minutes ago. Just wanted to let you know that the problem is still there.

Is there any update on when the problem will be solved? I will be teaching a class on Logos next week at our seminary and I would really like to show the students how they can read there bibles with Ellen Whites comments on the side. Thanks for your hard work!

Logos is hoping to get this done in the next few days, but they can't promise a particular date.
Thanks.

Raphael, good news. Your class next week at the Seminary empowered me to make an urgent request. They have found the but in the compiler and it's being fixed. On Monday this problem should be fully and finally resolved, hopefully in time for your class.
BTW, do you have a relative (father, grandfather, uncle) who used to be a VP of the GC?

Hello Martin.
Thanks for the update again and your great support. It is really nice to know that Logos takes care of its customers. If it is fixed by Wednesday, I will be able to use it for class.
My grandfather served as the EUD President and VP at the GC from 1975-1995. Did you work together?

Yes, I was with the GC Ministerial Association from 91>95 as associate editor of Ministry magazine. So it was your grandfather that I remember. Great man.

Thanks for getting the scripture index to work. Will the Logos team also be able to do the same for the EGW supplementary scripture index? That was also included in the original request.

Would be nice to have the supplementary index back too!

I'll check on that.

BTW, any Logos user can self-report typos by right-clicking on a word or highlighted text. This brings up a menu that includes “Report Typo.” Click there and you’ll see a place to describe the problem.
If there’s a general issue not related to a particular typo (like the previously non-functioning EGW Scriptural Index) you can describe the problem in an email to logosbugs@logos.com.

Couple of things, not sure this is the place to find the answers.
I was looking for MS #24, Looking Back at Minneapolis. I have had EGW works from the old CD Rom from libronix since Logos 4. However when I look for MS No. 24 it's not in my library. So I thought I'd type in Manuscript Volume 24 and nothing. So I did a search in my entire library and found it in what is called The Ellen G. White 1888 Materials. This reference says this contains materials from unpublished materials drawn from EGW's letters and MS. I didn't know we were getting these unpublished materials. However, my question is this, is MS #24 an unpublished work?
Secondly, it appears the Scriptural index & the Supplementary index is back up and running when you link it to a set of a bible or commentary. Thanks you for your work Martin, and Logos. Also enjoying Logos now.

I don't know the answer to that question--sorry! We just took the fresh files sent to us from the White Estate and processed them as they intended us to have them.

One more issue that I have. As I am reading Looking Back at Minneapolis, I have had certain paragraphs highlighted in the iPhone app but when I open the app on my Macbookpro, the highlights are not there as they are on my smartphone app. I used to be able to highlight on the Mac and it would be in the phone or highlight on the phone would be on the mac app. It does not seem to be working now though.
