Error uploading sermon recording

Hi there,

I am continually getting upload errors when proclaim is publishing my sermon recordings. I have been able to publish a test recording from my home computer, but it is not uploading the full sermon file from the church. The error displays when it is in the 80%'s.

Hi, Timothy. Which presentation was this sermon recorded under? I can take a look and see if it's able to load and publish from our machines here.

Sorry for my late reply, I've been on holidays for 1 week. So far the last 3 weeks have had errors uploading. are the 1/8/2015, / 8/8/2015, 15/08/15.

Thanks for your reply, Timothy. Your presentations include audio files that haven't been uploaded to our servers from your local machine. If you could please open Proclaim, recreate the error, then close Proclaim and post the log file from that session we can confirm the error you're receiving.

I'm fairly sure you're having a problem that several other users are having uploading audio files; we're currently investigating that but haven't come to a resolution presently. If your log file suggests that you're having the same problem, I'll confirm and keep you updated on the fix.

It looks like your client is disconnecting partway through the upload. Do you have any anti-virus software running? If so try disabling it and try again. Do you have another machine you could try uploading from? Preferably on a different network?

I was able to publish a short clip from our proclaim PC. So it seems to be the length of the clip that is causing the problem.

I disabled the antivirus, to no avail.

We don't have another network available at our site, we are in the country.

We are able to use the download function that is provided, so we will use that for the moment.

The same proclaim PC is able to download and upload big presentations with videos etc. I'm not sure if that is of any help.

Are you able to publish any longer recordings, or just the recordings from your past presentations? It might be worth a try to leave Proclaim recording for 30 minutes or so and attempt to publish the file if you think that's the culprit.

You can always delete the file from soundfaith.com.

I am having a similar issue. I am unable to change the thumbnail cover image or publish the sermon. Both issues reach 100% and then pop up an error saying "failed to upload". This is the first week I have had this issue, and I have tried the suggestions in this forum, as well as attempting to publish from a different computer.

Hi, Wil. Are you trying to upload the sermon from 11/29/15 (the longer audio file)? I can try uploading it from my machine to determine whether it's a local problem.
