How do we get our Targus remote to work in Proclaim? It works fine on the same computer with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Scott, the model number, as near as I can tell is AMP02US.
FYI, the manufacturer says it won't work with Proclaim nor on an operating system newer than Windows XP. But that is bunk because it worked with PowerPoint on Windows 7 and now on Windows 10.
Bob, the Targus remote you have does not have the Right/Left arrow keys on it; when you press the rightmost button to navigate, it is actually issuing the command "Page Down" instead.
Edit: we do currently support this while you're on air, just not while in edit mode.
Will there be a way, other than trial and error, to know if/when this remote is enabled?

According the the manual I found here you should be able to use the remote for Proclaim if you're in "Presentation Mode", and use buttons 1 and 2 which send Page Up/Down. Page Up/Down is supported for global presentation navigation when On Air.
That is what I tried Scott, but no success. I can try again to be sure but I am confused. Peter's post above yours says it won't work.
Peter was mistaken, Page Up and Page Down are already supported. You can verify with a keyboard using the current version.
I'll try to remember to try that tomorrow and report back about another attempt with the remote.
