Graceway Media missing

This has happened before, and the staff working on Proclaim have been able to resolve it. I hope we can get this resolved quickly.

There is new media available on Graceway that is not showing up in Proclaim, particularly related to Thanksgiving, which would be this Sunday for Worship.

Any chance of getting the media browser updated in the next day or two?

Or, should I download from Graceway and upload to Proclaim Media Browser?

Hi Peter!

I was wanting to use Autumn Foliage slides. They have multiple backgrounds in that series, with countdowns, greetings, announcements, etc.

There were several other series missing from the media browser as well. We're working on it currently; I'll reply here when they've been imported.

The new Graceway media has been imported. There was a bug in the importation process that caused the last two weeks of media to not import. It has been fixed. I apologize the delay.
