"Problem with Vyrso Checkout System" in UK

Hi - I'm from the UK and for the last 4 days I have not been able to purchase any books from Vyrso - as each time I try (about 8 times so far) I just get the message "There is a problem in our checkout system. We are working to fix it now."

I have been able to "purchase" free books (many thanks for this) - but haven't been able to buy any. I'm just checking if you know if this will be fixed in the next few days - as I'm hoping not to miss out on some current/Black Friday deals.

Have you tried a different browser? Which one are you using? What OS? Have you tried a different internet connection? Different computer/device?

Hi alabama24 – thank you so much for your quick reply. I had been using Windows 10 with the Google Chrome browser. After your reply, I then tried using the Microsoft Edge browser – and have been able to buy the books I wanted – except for one (Jane Hamon’s Dreams and Visions - which still comes up with the “Checkout Problem” message – so there may just be a problem with that book) – It therefore looks like my issue has basically been solved – so again, thank you so very much for your help, it is much appreciated. I think the problem is you have a book included in your cart that are not sold to UK customers. Try the purchase individually, you will find you can purchase some and not others.

I live in the Uk and i can confirm i cannot purchase either. Not available to UK customer.
