I tried to log in to proclaim today and when it gets to the updating licences section it freezes and Windows is giving me an error message that proclaim has stopped working. Can someone help?
Carlos, sorry for the disruption. If you could post your log files to this thread we can investigate further http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-
On the same theme - I have been playing with a project to reduce the number of wires I have by setting up an internal network (no internet).
I find that I have to wait two or three minutes before Proclaim gives up looking for the internet connection and allows me to 'Skip' updating licences.
If I use Proclaim with no network the process is much faster.
Can anything be tweaked to assist?
Hi Scott,
4300.ProclaimCrash.txt
I woke up this morning and Proclaim logged in perfectly. But I'll attach my log files just in case there is something wrong with my system or my install. I would hate for this to happen on Sunday morning. Thank You for your help.84827.ProclaimError.log
2843.ProclaimError.log
Also the prclaim log file was not found in the proclaim logs folder on my pc. Here is a screen shot.
Carlos-
It looks like your system hides the file extension. Can you post the '########_Proclaim' files as well as the single 'Proclaim' file?
All of these should have the .log extension, but Windows Explorer is just not displaying the extension.
Thanks
Glenn
Even easier, use the new "Save log files..." feature outlined here to post a zip file of all the logs we are interested in. I believe the ProclaimCrash.txt file that you posted shows the actual issue which we're looking into but it's nice to see the other log files to rule things out.
We found an issue with using Spanish bibles in the On Screen Bible service items. We are working on a solution and I will update this thread once we have more information.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Carlos - We deployed a change to our servers that should fix your issue. Let us know if you run into any difficulties.
Sorry guys I do the media thing on my part time so i just got home and got to see this online. Here are the log files as requested. I tried doing the zip folder but that caused proclaim to crash again. Here are the logs.

From the log it looks like Proclaim is loading now and you can edit your items (including On-Screen Bible if you have one). Is that right?
The logs you attached look like Proclaim cannot access your log directory.
Access to the path 'C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Local\Temp\Logos Log Files\PrerequisitesInstall.log' is denied.
We will look into this here but I wanted to be sure you can, otherwise, edit your presentation and present.
Yes, thank you Nick. Everything is working as it should!
