We are new users of Proclaim are generally very pleased with the way it operates, one aspect however that is giving us real difficulties is the operation of Power Point 'On Air'
We are loading the PowerPoint presentation onto Proclaim on a Windows presentation computer, which is OK until you come to operation, when in order for the slides to show On Air, you not only have to have PowerPoint open (as per instructions which is OK) but in addition it appears to requires further intervention in the form of a separate tap on the PowerPoint icon for each separate ppt file for it to appear on screen.
Surely this shouldn't be necessary, are we doing something wrong, as this is not only extremely inconvenient and precludes the operation of the remote for PowerPoint slides, other presentation software we have used loads the files automatically without further intervention.
We would be pleased to hear from you experienced users as to the solution to this problem
