I am using this course to learn how to use logos.I went ahead to day 12 . but I need to get logos set up correctly so I came back to day 2... In day 2......1.setting up the screen the links to link 2 bibles together dont hold . as in linking A to A.the links are not holding and i have to keep resetting them ??
2.. clicking on tempter... should open the the lexham bible dictionary. but it opens another screen''power look up'' with the word tempter on it but nothing else. ??
3... layout will only give me 3 straight down panels. ??
I have been over this time and again, but I am not getting it as the video instructions.I would appreciate any advice.

Welcome to the forums. Sorry you are having troubles but they all sound easy to solve. Remember that in addition to the forums you can ask questions of the Logos Pro Staff.
This post may be moved to the Logos 6 forums where the appropriate people are more apt to see it.
1. By "not holding" I presume you meaning when you reopen your layout? I can't think of any reason they would fail within the layout so I suspect that you saved your layout without the linking set. Resave your layout with the links set and they should hold. Open your layout; set the links; save active layout.
2. Have you downloaded the Lexham Bible Dictionary? Is the buy button grayed out on https://www.logos.com/product/36564/lexham-bible-dictionary

I am having this exact issue. I have downloaded the Lexham Bible Dictionary and prioritized it and it shows in my layout. When I double click Tempter it opens a 4th pane all the way to the left titled "Power Look up".
How do I get it to open in the Lexham Bible Dictionary? Thanks

I can't recreate the problem so I'm not sure. Are you running on a PC or a Mac?

It seems that that word (tempter) does not come up in the Lexham Bible Dictionary even when I do a direct search for it. Otherwise the double click works correctly using other words I have tested. Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate it.
