Scrolling function on iPad BUG
The default scrolling function (versus paging) on my iPad does not function when Outlook is running in the background. As soon as I fully quit Outlook and restart Logos, the scrolling function returns. The scrolling remains if I reopen Outlook after Logos is already running.
Thanks,
George

What exact device do you have? (Please see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/118697.aspx for the information that makes it easier for us to track down issues).

If you close down all apps on your device and then start Outlook followed by Logos, does scrolling work then?

Correct. Powering down all the apps and then opening Outlook followed by Logos, scrolling works.

Your device is likely running out of memory at some point and there's not much we can do.

I have 25.9 GB of memory available.

Available storage isn't the same as RAM; your device has 1GB of RAM: http://www.gsmarena.com/apple_ipad_air-5797.php .

I <think> Kevin is referring to ram (how much the iPad is thinking about at one time) rather than storage space (the 25.9 GB you reference). With that said, I don't know anyway to check that out on an iOS device. I know that it used to be that only one app ran at a time... but Apple has slowly expanded the multitasking capabilities of their devices in newer incarnations of iOS. I don't have Outlook to experiment with else I would try to reproduce for you.

Thanks. Just did some research and it appears the newer iPad's have 2GB of RAM.
Now it all makes sense.
Blessings,
