Pro Media available on SoundFaith.com

Have you ever wanted to use Pro Media outside of Proclaim? Tie a visual theme into your bulletin? Promote a sermon slide on your church website or social media?

Today's SoundFaith update makes Proclaim Pro Media available on the web. Use your Faithlife account (the same account you use for Proclaim) to sign in to SoundFaith.com and download videos and still image backgrounds for use outside of Proclaim. We even plan to eventually make the original Photoshop files available. The possibilities are limitless!

Pro Media subscribers have access to some of the Pro Media collection in the Logos Media Browser. We import Bible reference and Quote visual copy templates for each series when possible.

SoundFaith is new to me. Guess I haven't been paying too much attention. I went and checked it out as I was just yesterday wishing I could download a Pro Media slide to use in a bulletin. However, when I try to download it tells me that I need to sign-up for a $19.99 per month account and I am already logged in.

We only expose media that makes sense in the context of the Visual Copy feature. This excludes media like Welcome backgrounds, motion loops, song lyrics backgrounds, etc.

Looking at your account and I can confirm you do have a valid Pro Media subscription. Investigating further.

Hello Keith, I just signed in using your account (the account you posted with) and I'm able to download media without issue. Are you sure you're using the correct account?

I can see that I am signed in a Keith Larson in the upper right, but when I click the download link I am taken to the Pricing page.

Please try signing out and back in. I don't expect this will help but worth starting from a clean sign in.

Assuming that does not work, what specific media are you trying to download? What browser are you using?

Looks like we have some issues on IE 11. We'll get those fixed, in the meantime you can try Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Thanks for the report.
