Passage Guide issue on Verbum 5.1.1 and iOS 9.2.1
Is anyone else seeing this issue? Since updating to 5.1.1, when I do a passage guide, I end up with a blank white page. I am online. Other functions seem to work fine. Any thoughts? I have an iPad Air 2.
Edit: this is weird! I only see the white screen when I enter Luke 5:1-11. I entered John 1:1-18, and then Luke 5:5-18, and both worked!
More weirdness. Luke 5:1-10 works. Luke 5:1-12 doesn't.

I think it is cute that Version 5.1.1 for you does Luke 5.1-10 (5.1.1.0) but not 5:1-11 (5.1.1.1) or 5:1-12 (5.1.1.2). Almost like it is rejecting that which it is not [:D]

PS: Unable to recreate the issue on iPAD 3rd gen iOS 9.2.1, comes up fine on my end.

Obviously, I can work around this as needed. But the blank screen comes up for Luke 5:1-11,12 and 13. No other passage before or after it seems to cause this glitch! It's kind of interesting to have a slightly eccentric app - not unlike its user!

All of the problem passages you mention work for me, I'm not sure what is going on. Can you post a screenshot of the error?

I can duplicate the error again and again. Use low light, then enter the passage, then the blank screen. Switch to normal, enter the passage, all is good. Switch to low light, enter the passage, blank screen!

When I simply change modes without re-entering the passage, I can go from mode to mode with no issues, just like you on this video.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue, unfortunately. The Passage Guide is web based and the blank screen you are seeing really just represents a web view; why it doesn't work in this specific case is a mystery. Could you please use "Report a Problem" under the Help menu so we can take a look at your device logs? I'm not sure that will help us though...

Thanks for looking into this. It's not a big deal, as I can work around it. I've used "Report a Problem", as you suggested, in the hope that you might find something that would show what my issue is. A strange little glitch!
