Updating Media Files

After most recent update, Proclaim begins to open but is now stuck on "Updating Media Files." It did this for 10 minutes before I shut it down and ended the process. Restarted Proclaim and now it's been the same for over 20 minutes. Is there a really huge media update or could this be because it's on a PC I haven't used in a while? How long should it take? Thanks.

Hey Benjamin, it sounds like it is taking longer than it should. Could you post your logs here for us to look at? This is probably due to us expiring old media files, but your log will tell us more.

It took awhile, but it did finish on its own.
