Presentation not starting at the beginning

On our Mac when I click "On Air" the presentation skips over the Preservice loop and start on the countdown for the Warmup section. I have clicked on the first slide in the Preservice loop but as soon as I click on On Air it goes to the Warmup. It happens whether I click the On Air button itself or use F5. The only way I can start at the beginning on my Mac is to click on the first slide in Preservice and then use Shift-F5.

Make sure that your service is set to start at the correct time. If Proclaim thinks it doesn't have enough time to play the pre-service loop it will skip straight to the warmup.

If setting the service time doesn't work, please let me know, as it could be a bug. If there is a presentation on which this problem occurs 100% of the time, being able to see it would be instrumental in tracking it down.

It was occurring on the presentation entitled 02-14-16 Worship Service. It was occurring every time this morning when I tested it but tonight it seems to operating okay. I am not sure of the reason.
