Proclaim is stuck on updating media files someone please help!

Please dry disabling your connection to the internet (unplug cable, disable wifi, etc.), then start Proclaim. I expect the call the update media files will fail quickly. Once Proclaim is open then reconnect to internet. Now click the sync icon in the upper right of the main window to force a sync and get your latest presentation data.
I take it back. Looking at the code now and it looks like the issue is not network related, rather Proclaim is trying to do some cleanup of the media file cache. I'll give you instructions for manually clearing this shortly.
Please delete the following files and restart Proclaim
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\wgic0hot.alw\MediaManager\MediaManager.db
C:\Users\Dale\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\wgic0hot.alw\MediaFileManager\MediaFileManager.db
Letting Proclaim continue to run at that step (Updating media files) should eventually complete. I'm not sure why it would be taking so long... we'll be investigating further.
