Corresponding Notes and Highlights does not work for me!

I have watched the video on Corresponding Notes and Highlights that has been featured on my Verbum 6 Home Page for several day three times now. I have tried it and for some reason it does not work for me.

I tried to put a note on the phrase "In the beginning" on John 1:1 and it worked find in the NABRE. However, when I opened the NRSVCE and tried the steps outlined in the video. The note did not show up in it. It only works if I put the note on the entire verse. It does not work if I put the note on a word or phrase.

Is this a Logos 6 only feature, or is this another one of those features that only shows up if I have a higher level package than what I have (I have the Verbum 6 Basic package)?

I have found other features that don't work in my software and have been told it is because I need to upgrade my package level. This makes no sense to me. All features should work since I have paid over $240.00 for the software.

I think that the Corresponding Notes and Highlights visual feature requires that any Bible involved, contains an original language reverse interlinear layer. The NABRE doesn't have an R.I. at the moment, although it has been mentioned that one is on the way. Give it a try with the NRSVCE and RSVCE and I bet it'll work; I understand that you want to make notes in the NABRE, you could at least see if the feature will work with your Logos library by using the NRSV/RSVCE.

I tried it with the RSVCE and the NRSVCE and it did not work. The Study Notes on John box is checked in both versions Visual Filters but is still does not show up when I create a note in the NRSVCE. I am getting really frustrated here. Seems there is so much that I am supposed to be able to do that just doesn't work as advertised.

Have you subscribed to Logos Now ? "Corresponding Notes and Highlights" currently needs a Logos Now subscription

Logos wiki has => Upgrade or Crossgrade to Logos 6? with summary of features plus minimum package that includes appropriate resources.. For example, Syntax Search needs "Cascadia Syntax Graph" and "Clausal Outline" resources, which are included in Verbum Scripture Study and higher packages.

What is it?

With Corresponding Notes, you can now see all the notes you've attached to biblical texts with reverse interlinears. Take a note on the Greek word Εὐχαριστοῦμεν (eucharistoumen) in your Greek New Testament, and with the Corresponding Notes feature, you'll see that same note attached to the equivalent translation in your ESV, NIV, NASB, and many other translations.

How does it work?

Corresponding Notes and Highlights only works on resources that have reverse interlinears associated with them. This is because Logos identifies the word number your note is associated with and matches it with the translation you want your note displayed in.

To use the feature, click to open the visual highlights menu, select Corresponding Notes and Highlights, and choose the Note document you want to display.

I have the RSVCE and NRSVCE but not the Interlinear editions. I guess that explains why it is not working.

I tried it with the RSVCE and the NRSVCE and it did not work.

Thankful for a Logos Now subscription. Created John 1:1 highlight in RSVCE followed by checking "Corresponding Notes and Highlights" in NRSVCE:

Note file "Markup Emphasis" has one highlight in RSVCE.

Verbum Basic has RSVCE and NRSVCE Bibles without interlinear

Verbum Foundation (and higher) have RSVCE and NRSVCE Bibles with reverse interlinears

My RSVCE support information shows two RVI's for NT and OT:

Exactly. As you learn Logos/Verbum, you'll get familiar with the relationship between your resources and the capabilities ... but it is not obvious.
