Import Keynote

Hello,

Here's our setup: We run our main presentation on a PC in our Worship Center. I create my sermon slides on Keynote on a MAC. When I import my Keynote presentation on my Mac, it works fine and the presentation shows up with no problem.

When I go to the PC, the slides are there, but are blank. They're white. It seems as if Proclaim knows that the slides are there, but for some reason won't import/update the images in each slide.

The whole reason we changed to Proclaim from our previous software was the cloud based concept with the ability to upload and manage the presentation from other computers. It "kind of" works - but not exactly. Not sure if I need to update settings somewhere or not.

Hey Rob, it sounds like the slides never fully uploaded from your Mac. When importing your keynote, make sure you click the upload option:

Then after Proclaim has added your Keynote, wait for the upload to complete before closing Proclaim. You can see the upload status in the bottom left:

We are currently in the process of redesigning the way we represent uploads to make it more clear in the future. We are currently in the process of redesigning the way we represent uploads to make it more clear in the future.

Please consider having the sync indicator and the upload indicator either combined or very close together.

We have a spec for this very suggestion. Should be coming in the near future.
