We have been having difficulty lately with our presentations loading completely. I t shows in the corner that they have loaded and the light is green. But we keep having to restart Proclaim to get the videos to play. It is always difficult to know if they are going to work or not. Even tonight I loaded the presentation earlier in the day and the videos played, but when I came back in the evening to use it, the videos would not play until I restarted everything. Then it worked fine. I just keep having to test it every time I start Proclaim, whether on our home Mac or church PC. I have updated videos drivers, reinstalled Proclaim from scratch, but it keeps happening. It has been an intermittent problem the past couple months, mainly with videos or motion backgrounds.
