This is the concise summary version (464 pages) of the much larger work entitled 'The Cradle, the Cross, and the Crown:  An Introduction to the New Testament' by Kostenberger, Kellum, and Quarles.  This larger work is 976 pages, but is not available at Logos or Vyrso although a number of posts on the forums would indicate a good number of people would love to see the larger work offered by Faithlife.

So, in the interim, I am happy to purchase 'The Lion and the Lamb' for 99 pennies!
