Catholic systematic theology
In the passage guide under systematic theologies I have an assortment of theologies, but no catholic resource.
Checking the Logos store I found this one that looks good for me:

You sound a bit like there was none - actually there are quite a number, e.g those (on an arbitrary passage I'm studying recently, there may be more in my library):

Far from being an expert, let alone in RC theology....well,
Peter Kreeft is always a treat (it's unfortunate he has so many books ....would have been great to see him win the MM tournament....) - I enjoy his writing since back in my teen days when I got his book about CS Lewis, Aldous Huxley and JFK meeting after their death (http://www.amazon.com/Between-Heaven-Hell-Somewhere-Kennedy/dp/0877843899 - not yet in Logos, unfortunately). However, this "ST" will discuss a plethora of questions in a short paragraph each - and while it cites the CCC now and then it's still the unofficial thinking of one great author.
The only "real thing" containing the Roman Catholic ST is the CCC - and if this overwhelms you, I'd recommend Youcat.

Peter Kreeft's book is an easy read and covers all the individual subjects, plus more that what non-Catholic traditions would recognize as systematic theology. He states in his introduction that his work is not a substitute to the Catechism of the Catholic Church. If you can only have one, than I can recommend the latter. Having said that, neither resource comes up for me in the Systematic Theologies in the Passage Guide.
The standard Catholic resource displayed in the Passage Guide for Systematic Theology are the works of Thomas Aquinas. Several translations/compilations available in Verbum/Logos. Here are the basics:

Looks like the https://www.logos.com/product/35404/a-manual-of-catholic-theology shows up in the Systematic theology section. I just need something to show the catholic view in that section.
I have https://www.logos.com/product/51466/a-summa-of-the-summa-the-essential-philosophical-passages-of-st-thomas-aquinas-summa-theologica but it does not show up in the Systematic Theologies

Based on your post, It seems that the compilations of Aquinas' work are not tagged in way that they show up in that section. I have the one you mention and several other translations/compilations and they do not appear as well.
If the full Summa is not in range for you and you can only have one resource, I would strongly recommend the regular Catechism. It is the one resource the Peter Kreeft's first resource you mention points to, and it is the source of the content and presentation of the faith in YOUCAT. It is fully indexed to Sacred Scripture, Council Documents, Patristic Writings, Canon Law where appropriate, and has a nice glossary. From the apostolic letter at the beginning of the Catechism, John Paul II says it is a “valid and legitimate instrument for ecclesial communion” and a “sure norm for teaching the faith”.

Ok, so you mean https://www.logos.com/product/17215/catechism-of-the-catholic-church is better than the Manual of Catholic Theology. Did you check that the CCC shows up in the Systematic theologies in the passage guide? Or is it on NB:s picture with another name?

No it doesn't (as doesn't the YouCat), but Kreeft's book doesn't, either.

I now have all the main theologies/confessions/churches in the Systematic theologies, example from Ephesians 5:21-33
I plan to get CCC as reference and Youcat to read, some day
