A few questions about Proclaim and media

I am new to Proclaim and wondered:

1) If the media database in Proclaim the same as that in Logos, are they the same or do they overlap in content?

2) If i download Proclaim freebies from the emails do I need to import them into Proclaim or are they already in the media browser?

3) If i keep my additional media local, but include something in my presentation, will that media be available to co-workers looking at the same presentation?

Proclaim freebies are mostly a sampling of Pro Media content, already available in Proclaim with a Pro Media subscription. If you already have a Pro Media subscription there is no need to download in import.

3) If i keep my additional media local, but include something in my presentation, will that media be available to co-workers looking at the same presentation?

Local only media will not be available to other group members. When you add the media be sure to check the "Upload and sync to group" option if you want others to be able to use it.
