Warm-up portion won't transition to the Service Portion

For the past three Sundays the Pre-service portion worked perfectly, but the Warm-up portion won't transition to the Service portion. So, our services have started late. I've had to go off air, find the correct slide, press shift - F5, go back on air, then restart the controlling and monitoring devices. Thanks for working on this problem.

Bud, it looks like your service is set to start at 8:58 AM. Does the warm-up loop start playing at 8:57 AM correctly?

I've tried running your presentation on a Windows 7 machine and the warm-up advances as expected to the service.

If you're able to reliably reproduce this issue, please send us your log files so we can investigate further.
