Most vyrso resources do not have page numbers. Is there any way to properly footnote in this situation?

That is a question for 1) your style guide and 2) your instructor (if you are doing this for a class).
Are you using Turabian?

I also found this:
Electronic Books (Section 17.1.10, p. 181)
- For web-based books, include the date you accessed the book and the URL
- For books from library e-book collections, you may give the name of the database instead of the URL
- For ebooks available in more than one format, cite the version you consulted
- For ebooks without page numbers, you can include a section title or a chapter or other identifier.

OK. I think I have a format you should follow:
eBook Citation: John C. Maxwell, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 2007), Vyrso Edition.
