I am having trouble loading a website element in my proclaim service. I have a subscription for this online curriculum and it recently changed to an app. I used to be able to download videos I needed then add them into proclaim. Now I am trying to load the website and play them through there. At first I needed to sign into the site (which I did) but now I am getting an error message. Am I doing something wrong, is there a better way to do this?

Hi, Katie, and welcome to the forums. Do you know which player the website uses (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)? That might help us narrow down why the embedded page doesn't work.

Certain websites don't allow their content to be embedded or to fullscreen in an embedded view -- it might be worth checking with Hillsong to see whether you have permission to embed their player.

I'd also recommend that you make sure you've downloaded the requisite Flash player (instructions here) to view the video.
