Whether I close by clicking the x on the tab or close the library window by clicking the upper left button, Logos crashes.
I'm using Logos Bible Software 6.3 SR-2 6.3.0.0074 on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.15

I don't know much about fixing crashes and I don't use a Mac, but you'll probably need to post logs for those who can help to know more about what is happening.

Your software is more than a year out of date! The current version is 6.12 SR1. Start by updating to the newest engine (see link in my signature line). If that doesn't work, enable and post logs (again, see my sig line).
