Unable to publish to faithlife

I have tried twice now to publish today's sermon. Both times it hangs up at Processing Audio and just spins there for a long time. We use a MacBook Pro and have been on proclaim for just over year now - we have been publishing to faith life since late last October.

Mac 10.11.4

Proclaim 1.33

I last published just last Sunday and had no issues. suggestions?

I am having the same problem publishing today's sermon using a MacBook Pro Retina. Everything has worked fine until now.

I also had issues with the local WIFI remote dropping the connection today. Probably a local WIFI issue, but it is worth mentioning.

Thanks for the reports all. SoundFaith uploads are starting to process again. We have a large number backed up so it will take a bit (~1 hour) for them to process, before the service will be responsive to new uploads. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll post back when the queue is empty.

My issue also occurred on July 17. I ended up unable to publish and have appear to have lost the file for uploading. I will try again next Sunday with a new file.

Ok, sorry about that, there was definitely an issue on the 17th. Have you retried on the machine that was used to create the original recording? You can find previous recordings if you open the presentation and look under the Recordings menu item.

Yes, I have tried on the original computer and there is nothing there. I will attempt this weekend with a new recording. It sounds as if the issue has been resolved so everything should be fine!

Can you try to publish this sermon again? We were encountering some problems from 9:51 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time that have been corrected and should allow publishing to work again. Apologies for any inconveniences.
