Error Uploading and syncing to group

When I try to upload files and sync them into proclaim, the upload fails and times out. This only occurs at my church, and not on any other network (like my home for example)

This obviously means that my church's firewall is causing the problem.

However, after working with my IT guys for a long time, we could not figure out what is blocking my uploads. He has individually allowed and granted access to any network name we could find (logos.com, faithlife.com, proclaimwhatever.com etc etc) but nothing works.

Anyone know what domain to allow or unblock to allow uploads?

Side note, here is a sample error message I get in the logs....

Hi, Jered, and thanks for the detailed report. If you could upload the rest of your log files it will give us a better understanding of what's going on; there might be domains that aren't in the list of exceptions (proclaimservices.logos.com and proclaimsync.logos.com for example).

I'm initially inclined to agree with you that the firewall is likely the cause. What OS is that running? There may be another process that is blocking Proclaim aside from the firewall (there are no known issues with Windows Defender or any other in-built firewalls, but it would be good to rule this out).

Once you post your logs we might be able to come up with a solution for you.

We run windows operating system. Windows Defender is inactive.

Jered, sorry about the confusion, but could you please send us the .zip of your logs? You can create it by clicking "Save log files..." in the Help menu in the main screen. The ProclaimError.log doesn't put these errors in context well enough to be useful here.

Looks like the calls to Amazon S3's cloud storage are failing. Try adding an exclusion for s3.amazonaws.com

Now that you've excluded S3 an updated log file should reveal the next call that is being blocked.

It's still failing trying to upload the file to Amazon S3. Worth double checking this exclusion.
