"Unable to Find Files to Merge"

Good evening everyone,

I am currently trying to publish our Sunday Sermon's Audio. When I try to select the audio file, I receive the message, "Unable to find files to merge. Was this recorded on a different machiene?".

I answer the question, the sermon was recorded on the machine I am working on. I was able to locate the merge files under:

C:\Users\Feather Sound Church\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\gelg4zof.rux\AudioRecordings\dbfa8073-3e9d-4bdd-be03-5a0c2c1a2f09

Both the .wav file and slide are intact and readable.

I am curious as to why I am unable to pull up the recording through Proclaim? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, Deb. Sorry about the inconvenience. This seems like a rare bug that is affecting you, but we should be able to get it fixed for you. If you could please send a zipped copy of your Data folder (C:\Users\Feather Sound Church\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\gelg4zof.rux) to proclaimdev@faithlife.com we should be able to fix it up for you. (And hopefully fix it for everyone in the future).
