I can only add that mine does work. It is not downloaded, so I am just streaming it online. I wonder if it has something to do with the downloaded version of the video that you have?

I'm on PC as well, have the videos downloaded so that I can use them when not at home, will try deleting them all and see if that works.

Took a couple of days as the files seem to be slow to delete but once I'd managed to get rid of them all the video in question started working and I was able to redownload them all.
Couple of points here though...
Given that Logos knows that the file should have been there as it knows they are downloaded a redownload this video would be useful.
Also a download from here would be useful for this scenario as I had to download all of the videos including those before the failed one and I have have watched all of those before this one.
